1sigma Portfolio Solutions is a consulting business which provides guidance, planning and analysis of transition management events.  These events may simply be the result of the decision to change investment managers, or a more complex exercise to re-align asset allocation.  

1sigma is led by Steve Webster, who has over fifteen years of experience in advising pension funds, official institutions and asset managers on transition management and tactical portfolio solutions.    Steve has managed transition businesses at JPMorgan and Credit Suisse and more recently managed client relations for State Street Portfolio Solutions.
